At Uptown Urgent Care, we understand that all patients, and their needs, are not the same, and we pride ourselves on not being the same as other urgent care medical facilities. Our primary goal is to treat you the way we want to be treated. We strive to personalize your care and meet your needs. At Uptown Urgent Care, we know your time is valuable, and we do our best to minimize your wait time. We also know that you have lives outside of our office, so whether you need us before school or after work, Uptown Urgent Care is open to serve you! We are here Monday through Friday from 7:30AM to 6:00PM and on Saturday from 8:00AM to 2:00PM. We are conveniently located 2370 Hillcrest Road, Suite M at the corner of Cottage Hill and Hillcrest Road in the Hillwood Shopping Center beside Publix.

Uptown Urgent Care accepts most major health insurance plans and can bill the insurance companies directly. Your insurance provider sets the amount of your visit co-pay, which should appear on your insurance card. To use your insurance for your visit, please bring your primary and secondary insurance cards (if applicable) when you come.
